The Saut de Gouloux is the Morvan’s most famous waterfall. The Caillot river tumbles here through a chaos of rocks, in the heart of a broadleaf forest that stays cool in summer.

- Reached by a shaded path from the car park (≈ 10 min walk)
- A perfect spot for a picnic break
- Combine it with a visit to nearby Lac des Settons
- Walking shoes recommended (the path can be slippery)
